BOOKING & SALON POLICIES

APPOINTMENT COMMITMENT

Appointments at Sai Legacy Braids are reserved specifically for you and require dedicated time and preparation.

We kindly ask that clients respect their scheduled appointment time, as last-minute changes or missed appointments affect the ability to serve other clients.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit will be applied to your final balance.

Deposit Policy

  • If you would like Sai Legacy Braids to provide the braiding hair, an additional cost will be added to your service total.

  • All add-on services must be selected at the time of booking.

    Add ons cannot be added or changed on the day of your appointment unless previously discussed.

  • Please book the correct style and length when scheduling your appointment.

    Changes cannot be made on the day of your appointment unless previously discussed and approved.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit.

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

    Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment with proper notice.

  • Clients are asked to arrive alone unless previously discussed to maintain a comfortable and professional environment.

  • Hair length, thickness, and density may affect service time or the amount of hair required. Additional charges may apply if extra time or hair is needed.

Complimentary Amenities

For your comfort during longer appointments, complimentary snacks and water are available.

Clients are also welcome to have a meal delivered if needed.
